Here at Prorestore there is a lot of hard work and dedication put into every job. From residential to commercial properties we strive to put the customer first. No 2 jobs are alike and every step is thought through. When ProRestore responds we will first ask you some basic questions to access damage. First, lets talk about what type of emergency you have. Was there a fire in your home? Maybe you had a broken pipe and there is standing water in your basement. Are you the homeowner? and are you currently insured & have you already made a claim with your carrier? how much of the area is affected and were your personal belongings damaged as well? Once we get past the basics we will then dispatch a fully certified and trained set of technicians out to the site. Our usual arrival is within 60 minutes. Once our team arrives, you will meet our first response team leader who will begin asking more extensive questions about the damage and determine what type of equipment and treatment must be used. If there was extensive water damage in the home, don’t worry we will arrive fully equipped with an extraction truck to remove all the water so we can treat and dry the affected area immediately. In the case of a fire, the extent of the damage can be different as well, and we have a number of ways we approach the situation, our first step is to board up and secure the outside. We can contain and stabilize the building ( in the case of the home being lived in or the business wanting to continue operations) set up temporary power to keep you moving and remove any damaged items. Any items that have been effected will be itemized, boxed and taken back to our 25,000 square foot facility to be special treated, cleaned and repackaged. You will also be given the choice to use our services for any reconstruction needed. We are not only certified technicians we are also qualified residential builders backed by the
